Remaining 5 months you will be engaged in our ongoing projects in various locations. Q3.The offered salary upon confirmation of FTE I.e 2.98LPA to 3.6LPA is very less salary for my position?

Q16. Currently I am working, can I join SAVIC for any of the employment programs?

No. The employment programs are job opportunities with SAVIC, hence every candidate joining our employment program will not be able to have another employment at the same time. He/she has to resign and join our employment program as a fulltime “Deputy Associate Consultant / Executive” with us.

Q22. What is the selection criteria for training completion to “FTE” full time employment ?

There are daily / weekly / monthly evaluation & review process of every Deputy Associate Consultant / Executive in SAVIC Gurukul, which will be updated in SAVIC PMGM (Performance management system) for end of employment program evaluation. All the candidates who are successfully “A” rated will be considered for open “FTE” positions at that point of time.
